The staff were amazing, always attentive to our needs. i really enjoyed the variety of food offered at the breakfast buffet. There were many options.

The beach had some litter that wasn't always cleaned. also, the all-inclusive drinks package ended quite early, around 9:30 pm. This felt limiting.

The room had complete amenities. Our One-Bedroom Pool Villa Schedule Boat Transfer was beautiful. It featured a private pool. The facilities were well maintained.

The buggy service had occasional delays (but it wasn't a big deal).

The main restaurant offered a diverse menu with international options. The Italian restaurant, Da Beppe, has great open-air views. The Eat restaurant (by the sea) features delicious Thai dishes and fresh seafood. The open kitchen is cool.

underwhelming stay despite some positives

the pool was quite clean.

The food was disappointing especially given the price. It did not live up to expectations for a resort of this supposed caliber. additionally, the location requires reliance on boat transport to leave the island and i found the transport coordination to be disorganized. this made it difficult to plan off-site activities.

the architecture was visually appealing.

Our room lacked basic amenities like hand towels. I had to ask for them. there were also no chairs in the room or on the balcony upon arrival. I found it quite bare and not as pictured online. it's disappointing when reality doesn't match expectations.
